Our ideal candidate for Builder: will easily translate shop drawings, plans and specifications to create custom cabinetry, and millwork, and architectural woodwork using sheet goods, lumber, laminates, moldings, etc. You will be contributing to nearly all aspects of the shop production, including but not limited to the fabrication process, finishing process, delivery, and installation.

Experience in reading and translating hand drawn and computer generated shop drawings, plans, specifications, etc.

Experience with various woodworking machinery, including but not limited to CNC, Dowel Machine, Case clamp, table saws, panel saws, wide-belt sanders, planers, joiners, routers, shapers, line borers, hinge machines, and other specialty machinery.

Flexibility is required to meet client deadlines. We value work-life balance but some early mornings, and over time may be required.

Must be able to follow project plans and work independently and take a project from start to completion
