We are looking for TikTok LIVE Creator Operations Partners to help recruit and support U.S.-based TikTok LIVE creators.

What you’ll do:

Recruit U.S.-based TikTok LIVE creators

Assist creators with onboarding and first LIVE setup

Communicate collaboration details and platform guidelines

Support creators using provided SOPs

Work style:

Remote collaboration

Flexible schedule

Results-driven / performance-based

Compensation:

Performance-based earnings

Recruitment bonuses + revenue share

No income cap

Who this is for:

Experience with TikTok LIVE, creators, or influencer recruitment is a plus

Comfortable communicating with creators

Self-managed and goal-oriented
