Outside Sales Representative for Staffing Agency - Bilingual Spanish

Pay is $23.00 - $25.00 per hour plus commission DOE. Hours 8am - 5pm, Monday- Friday

Fastemps is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Outside Sales Representative to assist in obtaining new clients for the Inland Empire.

Outside sales experience in the Staffing Industry is strongly recommended

The right person will need to be bi-lingual Spanish, customer service oriented and have people skills and the drive to success.

Must have valid drivers license and insurance.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell staffing services to new customers

Prospect and contact potential customers

Conduct Follow-ups, order entry ​Qualifications:

Must be Bi-lingual, Spanish

Previous experience in outside sales

Customer service experience

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Self-motivated

Good communication skills

Positive attitude
