Canvasser and Canvass Manager Now Hiring

ONLY EXPERIENCED CANVASSERS OR CANVASS MANAGERS MAY APPLY FOR THIS POSITION

Welcome to West Coast Windows and Home Improvement.

Our company specializing in exterior product such as Windows, Roofing, Hvac, Insulation, Paint & Patio Covers.

We are looking to hire several candidates to canvass going door to door and generate leads/appointments for our sales team.

You will be paid by the hour + commission + Bonus + spiffs + monthly Contests. The more leads you set that turn into sales the more money you make and most canvassers can easily make $25 or more a hour when you add your hourly plus commissions and bonuses.

SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE FOR EXPERIENCED CANVASSERS

Requirements:

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Must have great verbal skills and the ability to hold conversations with strangers, handle rejection, Be team player and motivated and eager to learn.

Need to have a good working cell phone and show up on time.

Strong ability to convince owners to schedule an appointment. "A Closer"

Our vans will take you to the location your team will be canvassing in each day to knock on doors.

Work Hours: Mon-Thur 10-7pm & Sat 9-4:30pm
