We are seeking experienced, CA Licensed Life Insurance agents to join our team.

We provide pre-scheduled VIRTUAL appointments with qualified, interested prospects.

The are NOT leads. These are APPOINTMENTS.

Agent Responsibilities:

1. Present and sell IUL policies and Annuities to new clients in a virtual environment (Zoom meetings).

2. Calculate and Develop suitable plans based on clients' needs.

3. Service the ongoing needs of the clients.

4. Comply with insurance standards and requirements.

5. Must be a self starter with good organizational skills.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with Teachers in the 403b / 457 market is a big plus!

Must have current CA Life license and current E&O insurance.

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Strong computer skills (Zoom, Office, Adobe, etc.)

Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Must be coachable and willing to learn new selling systems!
