Warehouse Forklift Operator

We are looking for a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team in a long-term role focused on order picking and shipping.

Responsibilities:

-Operate forklifts and order-picking machines safely and efficiently.

-Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipping.

-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience is required.

Must be physically capable of occasionally lifting items up to 50 lbs.

Experience driving small trucks is a plus but not required.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and dedicated to the role.

Must have work authorization and be eligible to complete a W-4 form for tax purposes.

Schedule:

-Monday to Friday

-8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

-1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

-Occasional Saturdays may be required for overtime.

Compensation:

-Trial period $18/hour during the first month.

-$20/hour after the first month, with potential for further increases based on performance and tenure.
