Home Sellers Needed

Attention this is a call to action for all HOME SELLERS. I am in immediate need of cash to continue to feed homeless people in Victorville, Ca. I am using my own money out of pocket.

My goal is to set up a non-profit in the future, and purchase Land and get tiny homes, so they can take a shower and change their clothes and find a job. I also have a goal for volunteers for Mental Health Counseling, and Drug Counselors for Rehabilitation. This is my passion as I have been 27 years sober.

Will you please help me by letting me buy your home? If that option does not work, then would you please let me Sell your home as a license Real Estate Agent? When escrow closes I will use $500.00 to feed the homeless. I have two goals to reduce homelessness and to provide affordable housing in the community, for a deserving buyer who can't afford home ownership thru traditional financing.

Though I am a license Real Estate Agent in California and can list homes for Sale. I would prefer to buy homes at a discount and create opportunity for a buyer to have home ownership. I am specifically speaking of home buyers who can't qualify for tradition financing at this time. As you know Housing Affordability and homelessness is a real issue in society today.
