-Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is highly preferred as you’ll be interacting with clients.

-Independent & Team Player: While you’ll need to be self-sufficient, you’ll also be part of a supportive team that’s here to help you succeed!
Bonus Points If You Have:
-Experience in construction, particularly with liens and releases (not required but a plus!)
-A detail-oriented mindset to keep our records accurate and organized
-A mix of youth and experience in the office, fostering a collaborative environment
