placement services, internship support, and short-term technical assistance, advocacy, community partnership trainings and support and most importantly, and positive encouraging attitude. Services are provided throughout the Inland Empire in both Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. The position is full-time with benefits.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Required:

High School Diploma, equivalent or GED.

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Willingness to accept work direction from others.

Professional English writing ability, including usage, grammar, spelling,

punctuation and vocabulary.

Ability to file records.

Proficient use of basic office equipment, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Immediate access to a vehicle, and proof of current driver’s license and car

insurance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Employment Services support, supervision and instruction to consumers.

Attend all required meetings and in-services.

Provide motivation to participants.

Ensure consumers receive annual employee evaluations from employers.

Model ethical behavior at all times.

Complete all required documentation and reports per agency procedures.

Assist in maintaining participants’ files and records.

Report participants’ wages to Social Security Administration.

Provide pre-employment training/internship support/short-term technical assistance.
