Al Pastor/Shawarma/Doner Maker and Kitchen Helper

We are a small food production facility located in Upland and looking for a hard working employee that can learn fast and keep up with making Al Pastor/ Shawarma/ Doner. There are few positions available right away. The person needs to be able to stack the meat on a vertical metal with at least little experience working with meat would be preferred. Different positions have different job descriptions for employees that need to be able to

1. Operate food processing equipment, including but not limited to mixers, slicers, grinders, ovens, and filling machines.

2. In the process there will also be sorting, grading, washing, peeling, cutting, mixing, cooking, freezing, and packaging.

3. Maintain a sanitary and safe working environment.
