Machine Operator- Deburr

United Staffing Associates have an immediate opening for a machine operator that is experienced in Deburring.

Ability have exeierenced and knowledge of deburring methods- manual dexterity,proficiently remover burrs from parts utilizing vibrating and tumbling deburring equipment

Grind, file, sand and polish metal surfaces to a specified shape and smoothness using hand tools

Remove metal burrs and smooth out contoured surfaces with power tools

Verify dimensions and radius, using micrometers, dial indicators and calipers

Inspect and measure parts

Ensure organized and clean work areas

Perform other duties as assigned
