Manufacturing Lead- Weekend Shift

United Staffing Associates has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Lead, for our client in the Aerospace manufacturing Industry and must be able to meet requirements. Weekend shift 5:00am-1:30pm- open to working 3 days during the week eventually- and the weekends.

Ability be hands on for departments, assembly, warehouse and machine operating

Demold- press operating-

Open and close shop- following all policies and procedures- all doors are closed properly and alarmed

Working with the production line crew- ensuring all materials, machinery and personnel are working and machines are functioning properly.

Ensure all personnel is following all safety policies and procedures, wearing proper PPE.

All tools are accessible and functioning properly

Notify manager immediately if any personnel do not report to work or tardy- or not working at a steady pace

Forklift operator assistance as needed- must be able to operator a Sit-Down
