Experienced Construction & Remodeling Pro - $22+/hr (W-2)

Compensation: $22.00 + per hour (DOE) Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Status: Permanent W-2 Position (Taxes withheld, covered by Workers’ Comp) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

We own a consistent portfolio of residential properties throughout San Bernardino County, Riverside County and Orange County. We are lookingfor a motivated, high-energy individual to join our crew immediately.

What We’re Looking For

We need a "jack-of-all-trades" who is neat, organized, and capable of working independently or with a foreman.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in painting, handyman trades, or general construction.

Skills: Proficiency in painting, hanging/mudding drywall, texture, framing, cement/brick work, and yard work.

Mechanical Knowledge: Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical for remodeling projects.

Physical Ability: Must be willing and able to perform manual labor (digging, lifting, and working outdoors).

Requirements

Legal: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Transport: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (job sites vary daily between Riverside, SB Mountains, and Orange County).

Tools: Must own basic hand tools (hammer, screwdrivers) and some power tools.

Attitude: Honest, reliable, and a willingness to learn our specific systems.
