Sign Production Specialist/Installer

We are located in Montclair, CA Looking for a sign production specialist/installer. We have been locally owned and operated for over 30 years, many of our employees have been with us 10+ years, hoping to add another valuable member to our team!

Requirements:

Experience operating large format printers and laminators.

Master of vinyl and its applications is a must.

Knowledge of all different substrates.

Producer of high quality work, high attention to detail.

Good work ethic, problem solver, critical thinker, team player.

Responsibilities:

Safe operation of all kinds of power tools.

Responsible for the efficient running of all production that meets quality standards.

Ensure jobs are completed on time as scheduled.

Work closely with production scheduler to set daily production tasks, priorities and due dates onto the production board.

Responsible for all safety matters in the shop – personal protection, machine operation, storage of equipment & chemicals, keeping a clean and tidy shop

Monthly machine maintenance, inventory updates and daily cleaning

Frequent, clear and precise communication with all staff
