Experienced Restaurant Superintendent

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Restaurant Superintendent to oversee the construction of a ground-up restaurant in San Bernardino. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant construction and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in restaurant construction or related trades

Reliable transportation to and from job site

Own hand tools and be prepared to use them daily

Strong work ethic and ability to lead a team

Ability to manage and coordinate construction schedules

Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes
