We are looking to grow our team and expand our service to our clients. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Foreman to join our team. This position will work closely with our construction team and will provide premium maintenance solutions for our clients.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a crew and effectively reading blueprints. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew of workers to ensure project goals are met
Interpret and implement project blueprints and plans
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Allocate general and daily responsibilities
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Monitor expenditures and ensure project remains within budget
Resolve problems as they arise to ensure project timelines are maintained
Report project progress to supervisors and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Foreman
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
High school diploma or equivalent; additional construction-related certifications or training preferred.
Must pass a background check.
