General Maintenance Position

Property/Business Owner Seeks a Full-Time 8am-5pm, Reliable General Maintenance add to Existing Team. Opportunities for advancement.

Applicant must speak English. Ability and access to drive a car. MUST have valid drivers license and current automobile insurance to transport tools and supplies throughout property when necessary. Having your own tools is a plus.

Assist maintenance supervisor and other maintenance team members with overseeing turnkey operations and ensure that vacant units are rent-ready in a timely manner. Perform general grounds cleanup, cleaning of rentals, remodeling. Experience with HVAC, plumbing, drywall, electrical a plus, but not necessary. Let us know your skill set.

Ability to utilize general maintenance equipment including, but not limited to: painting, hand tools, ladders, vacuum pumps, landscaping, blowers, pressure washers and required safety equipment. Must have ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb to perform work and inspect work sites; lift, move, and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with the use of proper equipment.
