The Maintenance Tech performs routine maintenance in individual apartments, common areas and amenity areas. Prepares vacant units for new move-ins. Performs routine preventive maintenance. Assists in various cleaning functions, and assists in monitoring the grounds, maintains and repairs physical structures of buildings and performs other maintenance-related duties as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
