Job Description:

1. Lead a team or 6-9 packers to work efficiently and accurately.

2. Monitor the team to work as per standard operation process(SOP) and the results delivered.

3 Resource planning based on workload - manpower and material;

4. Exception handling to secure no additional goods shipped.

5. Training for new joiner.

6. English speaker, Chinese bilingual would be a plus.

7. Familiar with WMS system to manage team daily operation tasks.
