General Maintenance position for rental community

General Maintenance needed for multiple rental community. Maintenance technician is responsible for overall maintenance needed in the community. Duties such as changing appliances parts, plumbing , toilet leak, repair/replace leaking faucet, electrical fixture, painting, etc. Must able to climb ladder for roof repair or other maintenance services. Must able to work independently and have reliable transportation.
