Dental Office Manager - (Bilingual in Spanish)

OFFICE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager with 5 years of experience, who can help us spread our mission and foster our TEAM driven culture. The right candidate for this position is passionate about service, understands the needs of patients, loves to achieve goals, highly organized and motivated by team success.

The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a dental office manager and also possess an understanding of dental insurance billing and processing, a comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures. Additionally, you should understand productive doctor and hygiene scheduling, collections, treatment coordination and maintaining business systems and have excellent phone and people skills.

High level of professionalism and strong work ethics, reliable, team-oriented.

This is not an entry level position.

Qualifications
