Cook/Barback (Entry level)

A Sports bar in San Bernardino in need of an entry-level cook

This is a beginner position. More experience a plus.

You will work in the kitchen as a basic cook and helping out bartenders as a Barback

No formal experience required.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)

Basic English literacy

Essential Skills (Beginner Level)

Entry cooks are expected to have or quickly learn:

Understanding of food safety (cross-contamination, temperature control)

Basic prep work (chopping, portioning, washing produce)

Time management

Certifications:

ServSafe Food Handler

Food Handler Certification

Qualifications:

Punctuality

Willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good hygiene

Team-focused attitude

Ability to take direction
