We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to assist in operating our store and lead our team. GENERAL MANAGER DESCRIPTION:

Plan, direct, coordinate and grow the operations of a dynamic, simple and cool restaurant business. Lead a team to deliver optimum guest experience while developing managers' skills and talents to provide challenging growth opportunities. Create a dynamic culture of success and cultivate team members who care about each other and make each other better every day.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Serv-Safe Certification (current and valid)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Passion to develop and train. Hands-on in training and developing hourly employees into Managers

Minimum 2-3 years current experience as Manager/ AGM in Quick Serve or Fast Casual Restaurants

Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community

Ability to read financial statements; strong analytical skills

Ability to effectively and professionally provide guidance and coaching to management/ team members

Ability to stand on your feet for a long period of time

Experience in working independently and achieving results the right way with integrity

Strong oral and written communication skills

Able to lift 50lbs

ADA Statement: Work space is restricted and employees are expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees may be required to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high.
