Pizza Cook

Black Market Brewing Co. is looking for a cook that can prep, bake and deliver high quality food all while not compromising on the recipes or guest experience. Pizza making experience is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

- Bake pizzas, make salads and appetizers

- Complete the opening and closing checklist, prep sheets and prep for the next shift

- Follow directions and ask questions

- Strong attention to detail and be able to read food tickets and ensure orders are made correctly

- Must maintain a clean and safe working environment

- Helpful, friendly

- Great communication skills, and a strong guest focus

- Available to work a flexible schedule

Job Qualifications:

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Exacting and efficient in following precise directions
