Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our team. In

this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our inventory is accurately received,

inspected, and recorded. You will collaborate with the procurement staff to manage incoming

shipments, supervise unloading processes, and verify the items of all packages. Your efforts will

help us maintain our commitment to quality and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with procurement staff to prepare for expected deliveries.

 Receive shipments, sign necessary paperwork, and manage the unloading process from

incoming containers.

 Inspect the contents of shipments to ensure they are undamaged and match the orders.

 Verify packages according to orders and invoices, checking for quantity and quality.

 Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records and assist in inventory control.

 Reduce the occurrence of errors and lost items in shipments.

 Oversee the successful delivery of items to and from the warehouse.

 Create and affix pallet labels for all items, allocating them to their designated locations.

 Ensure all invoices are signed and documented accurately.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience as a Receiving Clerk or in a similar position.

Prepare freight to be shipped (Cost, process, shrink wrap & weight) Manual enter all shipping dimensions on carrier sites

Container off load as needed (heavy parcels)
