Position: Labeler [CITY OF INDUSTRY]

Full-time 8am- 5pm

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Labelers.

Position: Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: [CITY OF INDUSTRY]

Full-time 8am- 5pm CSR. Pay will be between $20 - $22 per hour. I’ll decide final pay after onsite interview has been completed.

Schedule will be Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, but candidate needs to be flexible as this can change due to customer needs.

The CSR will be responsible for ensuring that all orders, Shipping and receiving documents are completed accurately and done in a timely manner. CSR will need to communicate with the customer as required and in conjunction with inbound and outbound schedules.

Provides scheduling of all inbound and outbound freight in compliance with warehouse operations.

Coordinates receiving and shipping documents, verifying accuracy.

Gathers and maintains all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities.

Verifies accuracy on shipping orders and shipping quantities matching picking documents.

Assisting with discrepancies and assists in resolving.

Collects all documentation for inbound freight and route to the proper recording keeping unit.

Directs and oversees the pallet control and exchange program.

Aids on special projects at the discretion of the Lead CSR or CSR Supervisor.

Answers and routes all telephone calls in a polite and professional manner, taking messages and routing to proper individual in a timely manner.

Ensures security processes are followed with regard to the front desk driver and visitor sign in sheet.

Basic Requirements:

College Diploma preferred but not necessary.

Strong computer knowledge including MS Office applications.

Basic typing skills.

Shipping software knowledge including UPS and FedEx.
