Quickbooks Expert

Looking for someone with QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop experience!

I need someone to clean up QuickBooks and get accounting up to date. Must have a minimum of two years of experience in QuickBooks. Be able to reconcile, job cost, P&L, integrate with CRM software etc. Looking to hire immediately!

I have three companies that need to be cleaned up and maintained up to date. 2 companies need 2 years of cleaning and that need to be done as soon as possible. Must have construction experience on Quickbooks. You will need to know about sub-pay apps and progress billing.

2 companies are on Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop; 1 company is Quickbooks Online

#1 company is an electrical company that must have construction/subcontractor experience

#2 company is a generator company and a construction company MUST have CRM experience with Razorsync.

Payroll

A/P and A/R

Business development

Account reconciliation

Confidential document control

Review purchase documents and company receipts

Maintain a current understanding of state and federal accounting procedures to prevent legal or compliance issues.

Must be able to do payroll on a weekly basis on Quickbooks

Must be able to provide purchase orders for ordering

In charge of ordering and job costing all material and labor

Must be able to understand and apply taxes to all customer quotes
