Aerospace - 1st Shift Production Technician

Description:1st shfit Production Technician (Entry Level)GREAT opportunity to learn a trade.They will be trained to do "Composite Technician" type workLooking for candidates that have experience working with their hands, that can train and learn the production processes.CANDIDATES WILL BE TRAINED TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

Will be trained in specific production processes: tape wrapping, cutting, Bonding, Lay-up, and bagging.

Measure and visually inspect products.

Set up, operate, or tend metal molding, casting, or coremaking machines to mold metal parts or products.

Smooth and clean inner surfaces of molds, using brushes, scrapers, air hoses, or grinding wheels, and fill imperfections with refractory material.

Mix and measure compounds or weigh premixed compounds

Adjust temperature controls of ovens.

Review blueprints or other instructions to determine operational methods or sequences.Skills:hand toolTop Skills Details:hand toolAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must have:

A great attitude and willing to be trained.

Some experience with hand tools

SOME kind of experience in a Mechanical / Manufacturing or Construction environment.

Interested in building parts

Can perform high levels of repetitive work

Not afraid to get dirty

Mechanical/ Construction experience

Aerospace experience is a plus

Good communication

Able to read a tape measure
