Small Marine Engine Mechanic Needed

IS THER NO MECHANIC THAT CAN WORK ON A SMALL JOHNSON OUTBOART?

I have a 9.5 HP 2 Cycle, 2 Cylinder Johnson Seahorse outboard motor that needs a tune-up and maybe some parts. This motor ran perfectly when last started about 2 yrs ago, today it won't start. I changed and am using fresh fuel/oil but no dice. I am trying to sell the Boat/Motor and Trailer, but no one wants a motor that won't start. You can work on it at my house, or I can tow the boat/motor/trailer to your place, if you have space, or in an alternative, I can remove just the motor and bring it to your shop.
