Need Builder to assemble a wooden shed kit

Have been trying for TWO MONTHS to hire a builder to come and put this shed up. Few builders return my calls and those who have called me do not show up to give me an estimate. I had no idea when I ordered this kit that it is virtually impossible to hire a skilled builder in Eureka. Is there anyone out there that can build a simple 10 x 12 platform with cedar and put this wooden shed on it? Even if you don't know how to lay shinglesI can hire a roofing company to do that, but I do need to have the shed erected before the rains come. I can pay a "bid" for labor and materials.
