Commercial Fishing Opportunity

Looking for a Deck hand for the upcoming 2024-25 Commercial Dungeness Crab Season.

Must Dependable. Physically & Mentally fit for work every day. Have a Strong Work Ethic. Have a Good Attitude, be willing to learn/adaptive. Have reliable transportation. (Ie: Be A Grown Up.) Experience is a plus but not required. Pay is based on a percentage of the boats/seasonal catch. We have preseason work that is required to be completed that is a large part of training for the position. The actual season typically runs from Mid-December to June. This is a day boat, no live aboard. Applicant must purchase a CA Commercial Fishermen's License, boots and rain gear if hired.
