Registered Dental Assistant Wanted

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Full-Time

Join our team at a high-end, well-established dental office in Arcata. We pride ourselves on our proactive, preventative, and education-based approach to patient dental care. We are seeking a respectful, self-starter, and solution-driven team player to become part of our tight-knit team.

Position Hours:

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am to close

Morning Huddle: 7:45 am

Lunch: 12:00 pm- 1:00pm

Responsibilities:

Assist Dental Hygienist

Acquire radiographs and intraoral photos

Perform flossing and coronal polishing

Provide stellar patient education for optimal compliance

Maintain accurate daily clinical notes

Attend morning huddle prepared for the day

Disinfect and sterilize equipment and instruments

Stocking and light cleaning

Qualifications:

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license

Coronal Polishing Certification

Dental Sealant Certification

X-ray and Radiation Safety certification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
