Director of Nursing

Are you motivated by meaningful experiences? Do you have a heart for service? Do change and growth excite you? The Humboldt Senior Resource Center is currently recruiting for individuals to join our team in promoting the high quality of life for our local seniors.

We have a position with our Redwood Coast PACE program. Our Director of Nursing is responsible for oversight of Redwood Coast PACE Nursing Services, including management, staffing, and compliance. Directly supervises Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), student interns, and volunteers. Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required. Minimum three (3) years of nursing experience required; five (5) years or more preferred. Minimum one (1) year working with a frail or elderly population required. Minimum one (1) year of experience working in a supervisory or leadership position required. Must be a current RN licensed by the California Board of Registered Nursing, in good standing. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Valid California Driver’s License, and personal auto liability insurance required. Must have a personal vehicle in good driving/operating condition and insured for State minimum liability requirements that can be used for the applicable job functions noted above.

This position is a salary/exempt/full-time position, 40-hours per week, in-person, Monday-Friday.
