We are currently seeking an experienced barista that cares for coffee as much as we care about our chocolate. This is a seasonal part time position, with possibility of becoming full time.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Above and Beyond Customer Service

Cash handling skills

Handles fast pace, loud, and busy atmosphere

Taking customer orders at the counter

Attention to detail

Handles constructive criticism

Takes initiative to see that tasks are completed

Restocking cafe and retail items

Maintaining A Clean and Organized workspace

Knowledgeable about the company and how chocolate is made

Monitoring orders and ensuring their prompt delivery

Packaging food in boxes and bags

Receiving payments and providing change to customers

Honoring coupons and loyalty cards

Keeping track of transactions and noting any discrepancies

Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally
