Little Learner's is hiring for an infant/toddler aide 30-40hrs week. Looking for the right fit to join our amazing team!
Experience with Infants/Toddlers is desired.
Must be able to Pass TB test, physical and FBI/DOJ background check.
Starting pay DOE with some paid holidays/vacation/sick leave/401K. Sign on bonus after 90 days of employment.
Must be positive, team player, and love children.

Under the supervision of the Directors and Teachers, the person selected for this position will be responsible for assisting a classroom teacher in the general supervision and management of a classroom.

Qualifications:
The person selected for this position must be at least 18 years old, in the process of becoming professionally prepared as a teacher of young children, and meet the requirements of the licensing agency. This person must have a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, be able to relate well to children and be willing to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with Little Learners Center mission and philosophy. Work with other teachers to maintain cohesiveness in the classroom. Must be able to take proactive measures to teach, protect and care for the children. Must be willing to implement and take pride in the program philosophy.
Job Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Assisting in the planning, supervising and implementing of the program for the class in accordance with the policies and philosophy of the program under the supervision of the Teacher or Director
Considering individual children in relationship to their cultural and socioeconomic background
Treating children with dignity and respect
Helping children become aware of their roles as integral members of a group
Assist in the responsibility for the ordered arrangement, appearance, decor and learning environment of the classroom.
Keeping the classroom clean
Help with general housekeeping tasks
Supervising the classroom/outside with other teachers
Attend all staff meetings, recommend training programs and attend the in-service staff meeting yearly
Attend meetings and conferences appropriate for school educators
Must be fiscally responsible with supplies (be creative and aware of use of items)
