Doorman Host/Security

The Tip Top Club is hiring!

We are looking for large individuals to join our Security Team.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish, and have experience in security however those are NOT requirements.

Must be 21+

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Monitor and ensure the safety of customers. staff, and the establishment.

Check IDs and ensure compliance with alcohol and age-related laws

Collect Cover Charges and help with managing Entertainers

Respond to incidents and diffuse potential conflicts

Maintain a visible and approachable presence to deter inappropriate behavior

Communicate effectively with management, staff, and customers

Requirements:

Reliable Transportation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
