Shift Available:
Weekends Closer: 12:00pm to 5:30pm
Qualifications:
- Capable of delivering superior customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills (including telephone skills), ability to sell, neat appearance and a commitment to success
- Attention to detail, flexible and able to adapt to evolving needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to unexpected situations to accommodate member’s needs
- Good computer aptitude
- CPR certified
Essential job functions:
- Control club access
- Greet members and guests by name
- Answer phone within 3 rings with proper greeting and tone
- Manage Point of sale entry and payment transactions
- Schedule activities, lessons, and services as needed
- Perform administrative duties, e.g. returning phone calls, scheduling WSI, Set up CSI scheduler for swim program
- Help optimize Swim Instructor scheduling to provide proper coverage without overstaffing
- Maintain procedures and processes to ensure smooth program operations
- Support with the development and implementation of program systems and procedures
- Take timely and appropriate course of action for program issues under guidance of your supervisor
- Prepared to inform members and guests of HealthSPORT’s programs and activities as needed
- Follow all safety and cleaning procedures for your safety and for the safety of our members
- Perform housekeeping duties as scheduled
- Follow opening and closing procedures as required
- Communicate problems or suggestions to your supervisor in a timely manner
- Respond to all email communication within 48 hours
Reports to: Operations Manager
Position status: Non-exempt, Part-time. Schedule may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
