Marketing Assistant

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in Fresno, CA. This role is designed to support the marketing efforts of our team, primarily through direct outreach to prospective businesses, coordinating appointments, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. This position also involves updating and maintaining accurate records in our computer program. Responsibilities: Communicating with prospective businesses to explain our services and products Securing expiration dates for various lines of business Arranging and scheduling appointments for agents to meet with potential clients Providing agents with write-ups of appointments, including supporting information Updating computer program with names, addresses, and reactions of prospects solicited Collaborating with agents to develop strategies for their sales approach Meeting production requirements Providing support in other areas of the department or office as needed Utilizing customer service skills to enhance the client experience Applying B2B marketing skills to improve outreach and lead generation efforts. Requirements Proficiency in marketing principles and methodologies Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies Exceptional customer service skills Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in using marketing software and online applications Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of market research methods and analysis Ability to interpret and present data effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred but not required.
