Journeyman tile setter wanted

I am a tile contractor with almost 25 years of self employment and was taught by Father who had 45 years of tile setting before retiring. I am looking to hire another setter who will work with me and install with the quality of work that I do. I am looking for someone who is skilled in waterproofing, floating walls (not Styrofoam board and fabric/caulk installations), mosaics, herringbone layouts, who is good with clients and other subcontractors on site, and who brings with them a reliable truck/tools/and a willingness to work with me and my crew. I pride myself on professionalism; this includes the lack of foul language around the homeowner, unprompted political conversations, speaking badly about the materials/designs they may have selected, and a slew of other obvious actions. For the most part, we have great work days as I absolutely love what I do.

If you are a good fit I will absolutely consider hiring another full time laborer, and with that the pay will increase as well. If you are licensed, we can discuss per job payouts. Before hiring I will be asking you for pictures of your work and references. If you are promising I would like to walk through some of your jobs and see the work in person.
