Seeking individual with knowledge of residential and commercial service plumbing, remodels and new construction. Main focus is service, remodels and additions. New construction a bonus. Self starter with knowledge of plumbing systems and how they work. Drain cleaning, water heaters, tankless, etc Must have basic tools, clean cut. Van provided. Clean DMV. Top dollar for the right individual. Paid Holidays, Holiday bonus, and sick. $1000.00 sign on bonus after 90 days. Minimum 4 years experience. Ability to lift 75lbs., crawl in attics and crawl spaces. No on-call at this time. No weekends at this time. E.O.E. Pay D.O.E. Sign-on bonus after 90 days!
