House cleaner / 3 days a week possibly more $20. Hr

Minor yard cleaning / some possible painting and light maintenance / also some gardening & car detailing If I find the right person it could work into a PT live in Dog sitter $100. a day now and then with possible bonuses and benefits like discounts on general merchandise and even Cars! I'm a broker !

No alkies, Drugies or extreme ADHD's ! Must have transportation or live close by. This will probably be a job for a woman, however

I also need a Handyman for basic yard work and stuff $20 & up if you have experience in any of the trades then you make more per Hr. Have a few projects planned that would involve bathroom remodeling ,carpentry and even Car work.
