- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations

- Previous customer service experience

- Valid state drivers license and good driving record

- Team oriented and self-motivated

- Able to work with minimal direct supervision

- Personal and professional integrity

- Forecast goals and objectives

- Monitor and control the performance of the department

- Monitor Technician and Advisor daily productivity

- Prioritize and distribute work within the shop

- Oversee all required technical training for service employees

- Maintain professional appearance to our customers and employees

- Ensure quality service repairs are completed by doing quality checks

- Maintain a strong commitment to CSI
