IMP/Steel building Installers Hiring Immediately

Rouch builders is a general building contractor serving Fresno and the greater San Joaquin valley. We have multiple positions available for hard working individuals who have experience in the erection of steel buildings and insulated metal panel buildings. We work all over the central valley in food, beverage, and manufacturing facilities.

Candidates need

Experience in carpentry, general building and insulated metal panel buildings, or a related field with skills that will transfer over (ability to read a tape measure, do layouts, use a panel saw, etc)

Availability to work from early morning to late afternoon (5AM/6AM – 4PM/5PM)

Availability to work (some) out of town jobs. 95% of our work is in town, 5% is out of town. We provide lodging and per diem on all out of town jobs.

Availability to work (some) weekend jobs.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required (no DUI’s within the past 5 years, no more than 1 speeding ticket within the last 3 years.)

We also offer an individual retirement account, and match deposits up to 3% of gross earnings.
