Skills & Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and features

Understanding of financing, leasing, and trade-in processes

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities

Proficiency with CRM software, dealership management systems (DMS), and digital sales tools

Ability to effectively handle phone, email, and in-person sales interactions

Personal Traits:

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Professional and confident demeanor

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
