JOB SUMMARY AND REQUIREMENTS:
We are a 26+ year-old, privately held corporation that is an industry leader. We pride ourselves in having set the high bar for almost three decades in the property restoration industry. Continuing growth has provided us the opportunity to add another Emergency Services team member.
The individuals we are looking for will be dependable, and willing to treat our clients' homes and valued possessions as their own. For almost 3 decades we have responded to residential and commercial property disasters. This role sometimes requires after-hours response to residential and commercial building emergencies (typically water damage).
The individuals we are looking for will be capable of performing the tasks below to a high standard:
Duties:
Meet with customer at their residence or business and obtain the required authorizations.
Inspect, evaluate, and document the damage (typically water) affecting the structure.
Document water damage on moisture mapping equipment.
Remove standing water from affected area using our extraction methods.
Set equipment to dry structure and contents.
Remove affected building materials when deemed non-salvageable (carpet, etc.).
Required:
Technicians will participate in an on-call rotation 24/7 for emergency services.
Ability to work long hours and maintain a positive attitude.
Good communication skills.
Ability to lift 55 pounds.
Comfortable with working on roofs.
Ensures safe project sites and work areas.
Able to complete work to a high standard with minimal supervision.
Committed to achieving quality results.
Can quickly and efficiently solve unexpected problems encountered.
Supports and helps to ensure best practices on job sites as it relates to professional conduct and quality.
Desired experience, but not required.
Familiar with insurance claims, and working with insurance companies.
IICRC certified in Water Extraction.
Basic construction knowledge.
Carpet cleaning experience.
