What do our Nurse Case Managers do?

A Nurse Case Manager is an advocate for the welfare of our patients and serves as a liaison between the client, their family, financial advocate and any health care provider. Case Managers review and interpret medical records, diagnoses, treatment options and findings for patients. You will assess, plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate the patient care needs. You will coordinate resources and benefits available through various government, community, local educational institutes. All of this would require you establish a good relationship not just with the patient and their family, but also the various resources and providers within the patient’s community. You will have complete control over your schedule and will work on cases as we receive them.

What are we looking for?

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDEPENDENT PER DIEM CONTRACTOR TO COVER THE CENTRAL VALLEY RANGING FROM FRESNO TO BAKERSFIELD.

YOU MUST BE A RESIDENT OF SOMEWHERE LIKE FRESNO OR THE SURROUNDING AREA.

We require you to have a California Nursing License and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. We would like you to have at least three years of acute nursing experience, and any rehabilitation experience is preferred. Please be prepared to drive to appointments as our patients reside in Northern California. We’d like you to be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Fluency in language(s) besides English is a positive. RCC staff care management multiple patients utilizing our unique team approach, as such we require you to both be able to effectively work as an independent as well as a team member.

What are we offering?

We are offering pay between $75-100/hour plus mileage.
