Accounting Analyst Assistant-Part time

Description

-Assists in budgets and cost controls, financial analysis, accounting practices and reporting

-Back up to AR, AP and Payroll

-Prepares monthly reports of results, monthly forecasts, annual operating plan, and strategic planning

Requirements

-3-5 years of hands-on bookkeeping

-4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration a plus

-Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook required

-Excellent communication and organizational skills

-Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
