Description As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our company, responsible for delighting our customers with outstanding service. Your passion for customer satisfaction, coupled with your excellent communication skills, will be instrumental in ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

Cultivate strong customer relationships by providing accurate information, guidance, and support tailored to their needs.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to overall team success.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a track record of excellence.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.

Detail-oriented approach, with the ability to accurately process orders and maintain meticulous records.

Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
