Sr Associate, Toy Marketing - Thomas & Friends

The Opportunity: 

This role supports toy portfolio management by assisting with strategy and the product development pipeline, with a focus on marketing support for Thomas & Friends toy products.What Your Impact Will Be: Support the development of toy strategy by segmentSupport the toy pricing architecture and competitive positioning.Assist in gathering consumer/play insights specific to toy usage and play patterns.Collaborate with Design/R&D to bring toys from concept to shelf.Support toy business performance (POS performance and SKU metrics: revenue, margin, productivity).Provide input to Brand Marketing on packaging, messaging, and feature storytelling.
