Tableau Administrator

Please note I have direct access to the Hiring Director of Business Intelligence on this position. Position will be 100% remote until Covid is contained (at the earliest, late 2021) and then will be located in Culver City, CA.Relocation Assistance provided if applicableTelecommuting availableThis is an outstanding opportunity that will allow a Tableau Administrator to grow their career by designing the architecture and deploying, from the ground up, a Tableau environment on a global scale.\We are an International, successful, extremely profitable and the largest global privately held Life Sciences company in its technology niche that is looking for a Tableau Administrator. The company is privately held, has been in business for 65+ years, has $1+ Billion in revenue, has 5K+ global employees, is extremely profitable and has never laid-off an employee.The Tableau Administrator will be solely responsible for:

• Designing the architecture for a full ground up deployment of Tableau v2021.1 on a global scale supporting 1,000+ users for high performance.
• Full administration of Tableau environment including monitoring health of Tableau, performance tuning, upgrades, user access, License tracking and management, maintenance of data connections and resolution of production incidents
• Design and configure Tableau security model and authentication

• Support and interact with Business Intelligence, Data Scientists, Data Engineers and Management
• Travel: less than 10%

• Must have 3-5+ years of Tableau Administration experience; preferably in a global environment.
• Experience with any of the following are only a Plus;
  NOT Mandatory: Ground up design and deployment of Tableau, Tableau Security, SAP BI/BO/BW/4HANA, Cloud databases, Agile and/or Salesforce
